| Sanjeev J. Aeren belongs to an
illustrious business family of Delhi, Aerens, who have established a name for
themselves by successfully setting up a large number of real estate projects.
Born in 1963, Sanjeev Aeren is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and
has to his credit a hands on and formal education in computers and marketing of
Real Estate.
Sanjeev Aeren started his career as an associate of Syndicate Bank and mastered
the ropes of this competitive business in a very short time. However, he soon
discovered that his natural inclination was in real estate activities and as a
logical sequel he gravitated towards this line of business. Sanjeev started his
own construction business in 1987 by entering into the residential property
segment whereaft. he became a Director in a partnership venture, J N G Builders
Pvt. Ltd., which perfected his core competence in this field.
Sanjeev Aeren's finest hour as a businessman came in 1992 when he joined Aerens
Group as a Director. This assignment enabled him to change the public persona
of Aerens Group from a low profile property company to a major developer in
South Delhi. His personal achievements multiplied and resulted in his being
appointed as a Joint Managing Director of Aerens Group in 1995. With his
intense zeal and highly focused approach, he propelled Aerens' in the top
league of builders by setting up a flagship company, namely Aeren Developers
and Engineers Limited (ADEL). Sanjeev became the Managing Director of ADEL in
1997.
Aerens family is one of the country's leading infrastructure development
conglomerates, engaged in creating retail centers, multiplexes, residential
condominiums, townships and high quality centers for leisure and entertainment.
Aerens have created a niche for themselves in their areas of core competence by
creating concept specialty malls like Carnival Country, Gold Souks, Wedding
Souk, Mallz and Interiorz plus residential complexes - Aloha Gurgaon &
Rishikesh, apart from Townships. In one way or the other Sanjeev is associated
in the creation of the following landmark projects:-
Under Sanjeev Aeren's stewardship The AEZ Group has been conferred "Corporate
Excellence Award" by Amity International Business School, Amity University. The
Group has been recognized as having "achieved the enviable position of one of
the best and most admired business organizations with their unparalleled
performance. It is a matter of great pride that the Company rather than resting
on past laurels keeps pushing itself to achieve greater heights."
The AEZ Group has also deservedly received the "Excellence Award" from the
Institute of Economic Studies (IES) for Productivity, Quality, Innovation and
Management, presented by Dr. Bhishma Narain Singh, Hon'ble Former Governor of
Tamil Nadu & Assam. Besides, the "Udyog Ratna Award" was also conferred on
Sanjeev J. Aeren for his exemplary performance in the Real Estate Sector.
Sanjeev Aeren today enjoys a prominent status in society, holds honorary &
prestigious offices in CREDAI, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM and contributes to various
social and economic organizations like: Rotary, Indian Red Cross Society,
Rajasthan Academy, All India Vaish Federation, World Brotherhood Organization
and General Consumer Protection Welfare Association also Member of Heritage
Advisory Committe Delhi and Member of Advisory Counsel for the Real Estate of
Union Territary of Daman & Diu. As the Founder Trustee of AEZ Foundation, a
Charitable Trust, Sanjeev Aeren is committed to the cause of community service.
