Sanjeev Aeren belongs to an illustrious business
family of Delhi, Aerens, who have established a name for itself for having
successfully set up a large number of real estate projects and are today among
the top league of developers in the country.
Sanjeev Aeren joined Aerens Group as a Director in 1992. This assignment enabled
him to change the public persona of Aerens Group from a low profile property
company to a major developer in South Delhi. Sanjeev's personal achievements
multiplied and resulted in his being appointed as a Joint Managing Director of
Aerens Group in 1995. With his intense zeal and highly focused approach, he
propelled Aerens' in the top league of builders. Aerens Developers and
Engineers Limited (Aerens, Flagship Company) came to occupy a centerstage of
well known developers in the NCR. Sanjeev's finest hour was the well earned
elevation to the position of Managing Director of Flagship Company in 1997.
From then on there was no looking back.
Consolidating his several companies into AEZ Group in 2002, Sanjeev went on to
score several national awards and recognitions: "Corporate Excellence Award" by
Amity International Business School, Amity University, "Excellence Award" from
the Institute of Economic Studies (IES) for Productivity, Quality, Innovation
and Management, "Udyog Ratna Award" for exemplary performance in the Real
Estate Sector.
Sanjeev Aeren today enjoys a prominent status in society, holds honorary &
prestigious offices in CREDAI, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM and contributes to various
social and economic organizations like: Rotary, Indian Red Cross Society,
Rajasthan Academy, All India Vaish Federation, World Brotherhood Organization
and General Consumer Protection Welfare Association. As the Founder Trustee of
AEZ Foundation, a Charitable Trust, Sanjeev Aeren is committed to the cause of
community service.
Together with a charming wife Sunita and two promising teenagers Shrey and
Sanya, Sanjeev makes for an admirable family man. Here then is a profile of a
